Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Intisia mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Intisia ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Intisia is an employee management and engagement platform that provides tools for:

• Vacation and leave request management
• CV and professional profile management
• Peer recognition and feedback
• 1-on-1 meeting management
• Performance feedback cycles
• Team and organizational management

Access to the Service is provided through your employer or organization. Individual accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not use another user's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

When the Service is used within an organization, the organization ("Administrator") controls the data entered by its employees. The Administrator is responsible for:

• Ensuring employees are informed about data collection practices
• Obtaining any required consents from employees
• Complying with applicable employment and data protection laws

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Intisia and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTISIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
